Membership

Membership in the Comanche Trail Community Association (CTCA) is open to all property owners and/or residents within the neighborhood.

There is an annual membership fee (currently $20/yr per household), payable in April of each year. Our annual meeting is held each April, at which time four officers and six directors are elected to manage the affairs of CTCA. Membership fees must be current to be eligible to vote.

To join the association, download and complete the membership form (pdf) and then send it to the Treasurer along with your check, payable to “CTCA” in the sum of the current annual dues.
